A new methodology designed to help companies achieve business process excellence has been launched by Liaison Technologies.
The process management solutions provider's Path to Process Excellence guidelines are designed to speed up the adoption of technology that could help to boost both profitability and competitive advantage.
Nigel Winship, vice-president and global consulting practice director at Liaison Technologies, said the idea was to give firms "end-to-end visibility and control" of their drive to business process excellence.
He added: "Our goal is to provide a focused accelerator to getting value from business process management, in a way that is tailored to an organisation's unique requirements."
The launch of the new methodology has come after financial services firm Irish Life confirmed it achieved a 35 per cent rise in productivity thanks to its decision to embrace business process excellence strategies.
Solutions created by Global 360 were used by the company as part of its operations.
